We will securely wrap and package each order and ship via USPS mail. Your item will be packed and shipped as soon as the paint / stain are dry! While shipping accidents occasionally occur, these incidents are out of our control, but we will do all that is necessary to get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money. Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.


We have been selling online since 2002 and strive to accurately describe our products and show details of our work. We will gladly remake / refund your money for any mistakes made on our end. However, it is imperative that the information that we are given, with respect to names and dates is 100% accurate. We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us. There are no returns on personalized/custom signs.


We will refund canceled orders that have been designed, but not carved less a $20 design charge for the order.
